Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days from the day after your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@sydnni.com. Returns should be shipped to the following address:
4F-1, No. 302, Sec. 1, Dunhua South Road, Daan District, Taipei City, Taiwan.
Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
